Northern Ireland Environment Link (NIEL), in partnership with the Irish Environmental Network (IEN), invites you to tender for key aspects of the Collaborative Horizons for All-Island Nature and Governance Enhancement (CHANGE) project.
CHANGE is a major cross-border initiative supported by almost €1.8 million in PEACEPLUS funding, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). The project aims to strengthen environmental governance and cooperation in response to increasing regulatory divergence and shared environmental challenges in a post-Brexit context.
We currently have four Requests for Quotes (RFQs) advertised on the NIEL website under the CHANGE project.
Key Dates:
- Clarification deadline: Please get in touch by 28.08.26.
- Application deadline: 04.09.26.
- Contract award and commencement: Contracts are expected to be awarded and commence on 16.09.26.
